When our daughter arrived earlier than expected, we found ourselves in the NICU at Golisano Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida, surrounded by beeping monitors and a care team that treated our little girl like their own.
Those days were some of the hardest and most humbling of our lives, but also the most inspiring. We saw firsthand the compassion, skill, and dedication it takes to care for tiny fighters and support worried parents.
